Hola de nou!

Aquest estiu vaig anar al Japó a veure una amiga que hi estava estudiant i vaig aprofitar per fer un mini-tour per l'illa. Durant 18 dies vaig tenir la sort de veure grans ciutats i pobles minúsculs, d'anar amb trens d'alta velocitat i busos d'allò més lents, de veure paisatges molt verds i ufanosos i d'altres més grisos i tristos, d'interactuar amb cérvols i altres animals. This summer I went to Japan to see a friend who's studying there and I did a little tour around the country. During 18 days I had the chance to visit big cities and little villages, to take super rapid trains and super slow buses, to see green and grey landscapes, to touch deers and other animals,... Delta de l'Ebre photo diary

Some weeks ago I spent three days in Delta de l'Ebre (as you may have seen in Instagram), in the South of Catalonia. It's Ebre's river natural park. Travel photo diary: Poland

Last winter I spent Christmas' holidays with a few lovely friends in Poland: traveling around the country and going to Poznan, Wroclaw and Warszawa was amazing because of the beauty of the cities. The weather was super cold, but the good food we ate kept us warm (and it was a lot!). We met some nice people randomly, took so many trains and some pictures. I took these photographies with an old analogic Nikon camera I found home; although their quality is not as good as I would like it to be, I like them more than the ones that I took with the digital camera. I’ll always treasure those moments! Hope you enjoy them too!

Around the world: La Terra, Girona

I spent last weekend with one or my best friends at Girona. When I was younger I’ve visited it plenty of times, but quite time has passed since the last time I was there! So I really wanted to go there again! Since we are big foodies we spent some time at restaurants eating and trying out different kinds of vegetarian meals! I want to share with you some of the pictures I took while eating, but keep in mind that my friend and I have the tradition to share every dish, that’s why you may find one start and then two second dishes.

El cap de setmana passat vaig anar a Girona de viatge amb una de les meves millors amigues. De petita hi anava força sovint, però ara ja feia força temps que no la visitava; així que tenia moltes ganes d'anar-hi de nou! Com que a les dues ens encanta menjar vam passar una bona estona en restaurants menjant i provant diferents tipus de plats vegetarians! Vull compartir amb vosaltres algunes de les fotografies que hi vaig fer mentre menjava. Això sí, val la pena tenir en compte que tenim la tradició de compartir tots els plats, de manera que potser trobeu la imatge d'un principal i després de dos segons.

Rome photo diary

Good morning readers! Today we are gonna post some of the pictures I made in Rome; I took them with an analogic Nikon my parents used to use a long time ago! I decided not to bring my digital Reflex since it's heavier and, when I travel with it, I spend most of the time taking pictures instead of looking at things while truly appreciating them. Also, when I am back home, I never look at them. However if they're analogic, since I must have them printed, I usually look at them and remember the situations, places and the lovely people with whom I could create those beautiful memories.

Around the world: Roma, higienic & cosmetic plant-based italian products vol.II

In the last post we talked about sustainable and natural products I could find and bought in Rome. In this one I'm going to introduce you Eataly which is an Italian big store that sells many kinds of food (vegan, vegetarian, organic...), books about cooking recipes, kitchen's utensils and design crockery... and also has some restaurants per floor. It's really big and also fun to spend your time there if you are a foodie! It's not in the center of Rome, so public transport (or any other kind of vehicles) is needed, but since you get there you can really stay half a day without realizing it, so it's worthy! It must be said that their products aren't cheap, but they're good quality, and if you do some research over there you can find stuff that's great and affordable!

This summer I travelled to Rome for a week; I loved the city. After watching way too many times La Grande Bellezza I had the urge to go there to see through my eyes how the place really was and fortunately I could: and it was amazing! Pure and true beauty, its soul was charming, as its people, food, landscapes...

I didn't know any italian brand that is organic and vegan and sell hygienic or cosmetic products since I didn't do any research at home before. But since I went to a Simply supermarket and I found some natural shampoo and conditioner brands I sensed it wouldn't be really difficult to find this kind of products. At least, for the hair, since, for example, it was almost impossible seeing a natural tooth paste at the supermarket.
